All orders placed with us are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed or delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution if the claim is found to be valid.

Important Notes

• Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
• No exchange is available for incorrect size, color, or product selection made by the customer.
• Products must not be used, washed, altered, or damaged.
